Join an on-site R&D co-op focused on creating, reimagining, and launching new innovations that improve consumer products. You’ll own real projects from day one while working with technical mentors and partners across areas like product research, analytical/measurement science, product design and formulation, packaging development, process and pilot plant operations, materials development, modeling and simulation, and data science. Key Responsibilities

•Work on R&D projects to innovate, develop, and manufacture consumer products.

•Translate consumer needs into product design/technical specifications and formulation using available technologies/chemicals/materials.
•Support activities across R&D areas such as packaging development, process innovation, pilot plant operations, materials development, modeling and simulation, or data science-driven decision-making.

•Bachelor’s/Master’s students majoring in engineering degrees, graduating in 2028 or 2029.
