Serve as an internal consultant for regional commercial execution across 15 international markets, owning diagnostic work, commercial planning, and GTM rollout for key business levers. Drive marketplace affordability (VFD) and/or commercial excellence initiatives by translating insights into strategic roadmaps, aligning matrix stakeholders, and scaling standardized playbooks to improve adoption, ROI, and margin impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct commercial diagnostics and deep dives to identify marketplace bottlenecks and optimization opportunities across regional markets.
•Translate diagnostics into structured business requirements and strategic roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives by ROI, margin impact, and feasibility.
•Own end-to-end Go-To-Market rollout strategies for new commercial features and product capabilities, managing timelines and risks to ensure readiness.
•Lead matrix stakeholder alignment between central technical teams and local managing directors, influencing without direct authority.
•Create scalable frameworks, playbooks, and standardized operational processes, documenting wins and upskilling local teams.

Key Requirements

•5 to 8+ years in GTM Strategy, Program/Project Management (PMO), Management Consulting, or Commercial Operations in a high-growth tech, e-commerce, or marketplace environment.
•Deep analytical understanding of unit economics, promotional mechanics, margin management, and data-driven benchmarking (SQL/dashboarding preferred).
•Proven ability to influence without authority and manage diverse stakeholders across central, regional, and local teams.
•Comfort working in ambiguity with a highly structured, proactive, hands-on approach.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional execution.
