Key Responsibilities

  • •Own construction safety leadership and enforce Accident-Free Everyday safety standards, including supporting incident investigations and lessons learned.
  • •Develop and manage project plans, installation strategies, site logistics, and maintain 5-week lookahead schedules with labor forecasts and daily progress tracking.
  • •Oversee daily field operations to meet production goals, budget, and schedule milestones in coordination with project management and procurement.
  • •Ensure technical excellence and standards compliance for data center low voltage, structured cabling, and fiber installations, including testing and commissioning/QA (e.g., OTDR, power meter validation, labeling).
  • •Manage and mentor large field teams (100+), including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and serving as client liaison in site walks and milestone reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required.
  • •3–5+ years of supervisory experience on largescale structured cabling or data center construction projects.
  • •Experience managing large, dispersed field teams (100+).
  • •Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and best-in-class safety practices.
  • •Mastery of low voltage, fiber, and structured cabling installation for mission critical environments, including interpreting drawings/specs/schedules.
