Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) for compliance, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • •Lead AS9100 certification achievement and maintenance, including audits, training, compliance activities, and continuous improvement.
  • •Own core quality processes such as document control, configuration management, nonconformance management, CAPA, and audit readiness.
  • •Embed quality and reliability across Engineering, Manufacturing, Integration & Test, and Production throughout the product lifecycle.
  • •Develop quality plans and process controls, define metrics and reporting, and drive root-cause and reliability engineering initiatives to reduce defects and improve yields and reliability.

Salary: USD 170,000 - 235,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Quality Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •8+ years in manufacturing quality, quality engineering, or reliability engineering.
  • •3+ years leading teams or owning major cross-functional quality initiatives.
  • •Experience in high-reliability industries such as aerospace, defense, automotive, or energy.
  • •Strong background in DFMEA, Control Plans, DOE, Six Sigma/DFSS, statistical methods, and reliability engineering.
