Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead accounting and reporting processes, including preparation of IFRS-based Group reports and related finance documents.
  • •Prepare period-end closing accounting reports and perform monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
  • •Ensure compliance to IFRS and Group standards, establish controls over accounting/reporting processes, and support implementation of policies and procedures.
  • •Drive process and systems improvements, document standard operating procedures, and support internal accounting and reporting projects (including international ones).
  • •Coach and support colleagues, maintain communication flow with regional stakeholders and global organization parts, and work with internal and external auditors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field and proven extensive knowledge in IFRS.
  • •Solid accounting and finance experience, ideally within multinational companies.
  • •Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Expertise in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems such as M3 or SAP.
  • •Ability to ensure compliance with IFRS and Group standards and help maintain agreed procedures.
