Job Summary

Provide exceptional service to small business clients (annual revenue up to $2.5M) by proactively reaching out via outbound calling, supporting branch-based customers, and using digital tools to build trusted relationships. Identify customer needs, open and service accounts, recommend appropriate products, and achieve assigned sales, revenue, and growth goals. Partner with branch teams and internal business lines to generate referrals to Business Banking and other U.S. Bancorp partners. Hybrid call-center role with 3 days/week on-site.

Key Requirements

•Requires NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, with ongoing compliance and maintenance of a satisfactory criminal and credit record.
•Typically has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
•Five or more years of customer service, sales and/or prospecting experience.
•Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills and can effectively convey business recommendations.
•Understands banking operations and product knowledge, including sales, new business development, customer service/relations, and community relations.
