Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage the strategic relationship with the COO and Operations Leadership Team as the lead People Partnering contact.
  • •Deliver joined-up partnering support to the COO and Operations LT, personally and via People Partners, Centres of Excellence, and the Shared Service Centre.
  • •Lead creation and delivery of people strategies for Operations priorities including talent, employee experience and engagement, and organisational design.
  • •Translate business strategy into a clear, prioritized people plan, sequencing and resourcing initiatives with the COO and LT.
  • •Sponsor major organisational change programmes within Operations and provide escalation support for complex/high-risk employee relations matters.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant senior HR/People leadership experience, ideally at Director level, within a large, complex, matrixed organisation.
  • •Proven track record building and managing senior stakeholder relationships at COO/executive level.
  • •Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business strategy into a coherent, prioritized people plan.
  • •Experience leading a strategic people agenda and partnering via Centres of Excellence and/or Shared Service Centre models.
  • •Strong employee relations and change management experience, including large-scale organisational change.
