Job Summary

Oversee and mentor geologist and scientist staff while managing multiple environmental remediation projects. Support preparation of technical reports and proposals and interact with local and sector leaders to drive delivery goals and business development. Lead work across soil and groundwater remediation, including petroleum and chlorinated solvent contamination, soil gas/vapor intrusion, CERCLA/RCRA/DTSC and CalEPA program requirements. Travel to projects as needed and ensure schedules, budgets, and deliverables are met.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide oversight, mentorship, and direct staff- and project-level geologists and scientists.
•Assist with preparation of technical reports and proposals.
•Manage multiple remediation projects to meet deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
•Oversee remediation construction and operation/maintenance work.
•Travel to project sites as needed and meet project delivery goals.

Key Requirements

•BS/BA in Geology, Geoscience or a related science field.
•5-7 years of environmental remediation and sales experience.
•Experience with CERCLA, RCRA, DTSC, Water Board and other CalEPA programs.
•Consulting experience with petroleum contamination cleanups (including LNAPL) and/or chlorinated solvent contamination in soil and groundwater.
•Experience in soil gas and vapor intrusion remediation, plus developing and managing complex remediation projects.
