Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute commodity strategies for raw metals to reduce cost, improve quality, advance technology, and strengthen supply resilience.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery of quality materials/parts at the right cost, and act as the raw metals sourcing expert.
  • •Aggregate raw metals usage across business units to develop company-wide sourcing strategies.
  • •Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP and strategic sourcing, including supplier continuity, risk management, cost negotiations, and NPI support.
  • •Negotiate key supplier agreements and manage supplier performance across delivery, quality, cost, and innovation metrics.

Salary: USD 191,000 - 253,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •10+ years of experience in supply chain commodity management of raw metals and/or sourcing engineering.
  • •Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • •Ability to relocate and be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.
