Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate a forklift to gather cases of beef/pork product throughout a refrigerated warehouse.
  • •Use a hi-lift forklift to pull down and put away pallets in the warehouse rack system.
  • •Remove plastic wrap on occasion prior to depositing pallets.
  • •Use a handheld scanner to track products as loaded, unloaded, and moved around the facility.
  • •Follow Tyson policies and safety guidelines; be willing to cross-train and be moved to other areas as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •1 year of forklift and warehouse experience with a single employer within the last 5 years.
  • •Cold storage experience preferred.
  • •Frequently lift, push, pull, or carry up to 70 lbs cases and occasionally up to 90 lbs cases.
  • •Full range of motion of arms, wrists, elbows, shoulders, neck, all digits, and legs; stand for extended periods with balance.
  • •Pass post-offer health assessment and drug screening; be able to perform physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
