Job Summary

Own and operationalize an investment risk framework for the Chief Investment Office, defining KRIs/KPIs and governance documentation. Enable CIO-run IDD/ODD by helping maintain policies, reviewing materials, and ensuring findings are tracked and remediated through 1LOD standards. Build dashboards for CIO risk exposures and support ad-hoc risk analysis for market or strategy events. Partner with 2LOD compliance, ERM, and control stakeholders to keep risk reporting clear and adopted.

•Develop, refine, and operationalize a comprehensive investment risk framework for CIO activities.
•Define KRIs/KPIs across exposures, factor risks, concentrations, liquidity, derivatives use, guideline adherence, and operational themes.
•Help design and maintain policies, procedures, and control standards for CIO IDD/ODD, including risk tiering, review frequencies, and escalation rules.
•Review CIO-completed IDD/ODD materials for completeness, risk coverage, clarity of findings, and appropriate remediation.
•Build dashboards and support risk reporting and ad-hoc analyses for leadership review, partnering with 2LOD compliance and ERM for alignment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 71,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years in portfolio management, investment research, or investment risk, with familiarity with IDD/ODD concepts strongly preferred.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regulatory environment.
•Understanding and applying laws and regulations relevant to banking and consumer finance.
•Evaluate potential risks, identify control gaps, and conduct ongoing reviews to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
•Experience using analytical tools to interpret data, uncover issues or trends, and document findings in clear reports.
