Change Manager (Construction)

Manage the end-to-end change process across infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with NEC4 contract requirements and internal Variation Order procedures. Lead and coordinate change governance from Early Warnings through implementation, chairing change boards and integrating inputs from Contracts, Programme Controls, commercial, and delivery teams. Maintain central change logs, documentation, and audit trails, and provide timely escalation and reporting on change progress, risks, delays, and performance metrics.
