Key Responsibilities

•Diagnose system problems when servicing HVAC products and equipment during customer site visits.
•Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), customer breakdowns, warranty work, and hire and commissioning tasks.
•Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted point of contact.
•Collaborate with service desk, sales, and operations to share key customer insights and updates.
•Generate regular reports on completed invoiced work orders and communicate improvements with supervisors and senior technicians.
