Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project management commissions and take responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.
  • •Act as the key day-to-day client interface to ensure objectives and delivery targets are met.
  • •Plan and manage quality, safety, health and environment issues, and establish project governance processes and systems.
  • •Create and manage project plans, including detailed planning, procurement resource advice, and change control processes.
  • •Monitor project finances, performance (using KPIs), and produce formal progress reports while coordinating information flow with clients and consultants.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified in a relevant discipline (desirable).
  • •Proven experience managing construction/refurbishment projects, ideally in a consultancy environment (essential).
