  • •Research, aggregate, QC, and deliver descriptive metadata and artwork assets for licensed TV titles.
  • •Source and standardize information from internal and external systems for input into an internal database.
  • •Coordinate with Sales Administration, Account Management, Master Data, Materials Servicing, and other teams to fulfill licensing deals.
  • •Commission synopsis translations in multiple languages and track progress against deadlines.
  • •Proofread, export metadata (XLS/CSV/XML or other formats) and resolve technical packaging issues, QC tickets, and rejections.
