Key Responsibilities

•Own the full P&L for the Asia market, ensuring efficient spend versus revenue growth and oversee end-to-end revenue performance, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
•Develop and execute the country strategy, aligned with Fora’s international priorities and KPIs, and adapt go-to-market strategies accordingly.
•Build and optimize operational processes across advisor onboarding, support, payments, compliance, and other key areas essential to market operations.
•Manage localization of tools for advisor and client workflows (e.g., HubSpot, Intercom, WhatsApp) to suit local markets.
•Lead the go-to-market strategy with paid marketing, PR, partnerships, and events to grow Fora’s presence in Asia and improve CAC/LTV.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Fluency in English and one other language (Mandarin preferred)
•Experience living or working in Asia
•6–8+ years of total professional experience, including operations leadership in high-growth environments or management consulting/investment banking
•Excellent organizational and project management skills; proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
•Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with the ability to build financial and operational models from scratch and discern data
