Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine cell culture to maintain various cell lines and primary cells, ensuring quality and sterility.
  • •Carry out transfection, transduction, and nucleofection to introduce genes of interest into cell lines.
  • •Conduct basic imaging and flow cytometry to analyze expression and quantify results.
  • •Create and maintain cell line stocks and meticulous records of plasmid/bacterial stocks.
  • •Maintain detailed electronic notebook entries and contribute to SOP refinement as part of a growing startup team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 95,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors or Masters of Science in Cellular Biology or related field (Senior RA Only: new graduates with at least 6 months of relevant lab experience welcome)
  • •Basic experience in tissue culture and cell line maintenance
  • •Proficiency in PCR methods, DNA binding, Western blotting, ELISA, ChIP, immunostaining, and multiplexed protein assays
  • •Experience with different cloning methods is desirable
  • •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and willingness to work weekends
