Drive sales and marketing of mortgage loan products while advising clients on Truist mortgage offerings and benefits. Develop and execute mortgage production plans, maintain expertise in Truist mortgage strategies and policies, and follow required compliance with state and federal rules. Consistently run the mortgage client referral process to deepen client relationships and support mortgage loan fulfillment through post-application document follow-up.

•Execute mortgage marketing and development plans to meet or exceed mortgage production goals.
•Maintain thorough knowledge of Truist mortgage strategies, policies, procedures, and secondary market investor guidelines.
•Provide mortgage clients sound advice based on their needs and Truist mortgage products.
•Adhere to all Truist policies and procedures and comply with state and federal rules and regulations.
•Execute the referral process to introduce mortgage clients to other bank solutions and support loan fulfillment with required document follow-up.
