Staff UX Researcher

Develop and execute user research solutions for complex, cross-functional product problems, translating macro forces and customer needs into insights that shape Etsy’s product decisions. Partner closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other researchers/data scientists to conduct remote, on-site, and in-field studies. Communicate findings through prioritized recommendations, advance research methods and tools, and mentor more junior researchers to improve buyer and seller experiences.
