Manufacturing Supervisor - 2nd Shift - Andover, MA

Lead a manufacturing operations cell on 2nd shift at the Andover, MA facility, directing the flow of work to meet contractual quality, cost, and delivery goals. Manage a team of 15–20 employees, execute schedule and cost, and own workforce planning, hiring/training, and time/attendance tracking. Drive a safe work environment and lead safety improvement efforts, partnering daily with engineering, maintenance, production control, finance, and program management while applying lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement.
