Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and apply standard estimating methodologies, tools, and accuracy expectations across global manufacturing sites.
  • •Develop and validate conceptual through definitive estimates for small to medium projects (<$200MM TIC) and serve as the primary estimating point of contact.
  • •Lead estimate and benchmark health checks using IPA and other industry frameworks; build and maintain estimating databases and cost metrics for cross-site benchmarking.
  • •Support day-to-day cost control by maintaining SAP PS cost structure integrity and maintaining visibility into budgets, commitments, actuals, accruals, forecasts, and EACs.
  • •Identify and escalate early cost and trend risks, validate contractor/vendor cost data, and support monthly cost reporting and cash flow forecasting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • •10–12 years owner-side (preferred) or EPC experience in both capital estimating and project cost control.
  • •Hands-on experience supporting chemical, petrochemical, mining, or industrial facilities.
  • •Demonstrated ability to work across the full project lifecycle (FEL0-Operate).
  • •Advanced SAP Project Systems (PS) experience, plus advanced Excel and estimating software experience (e.g., ASPEN ACCE).
