Key Responsibilities

  • •Train and coach new Agg/Asphalt & Transport drivers, including documented training records, CDL training support, and road tests.
  • •Operate trucks safely and professionally to deliver products to job sites, including supporting site access and coordination.
  • •Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, keep equipment safe and clean, and complete routine vehicle audits for maintenance.
  • •Review driver safety scores and video events, conduct coaching, and host scheduled safety meetings/toolbox talks.
  • •Monitor route efficiencies and truck counts and keep up to date with FMCSA regulations; troubleshoot electronic devices as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have a valid Class A CDL and be able to obtain/maintain required endorsements (Tanker Endorsement).
  • •Must have Air Brakes and Manual Transmission experience.
  • •Hold a DOT Medical Card.
  • •High school diploma or GED preferred; 1-2 years related experience preferred.
  • •Pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and criminal background check; adhere to safety requirements and company values.
