Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, deliver, and implement strategy and growth plans for delivering Starlink via government subsidized programs.
  • •Grow and lead the Starlink Enterprise account management function, including hiring and developing the team.
  • •Identify and build scalable tools and capabilities for account management, partnering with application software and finance teams to automate processes.
  • •Manage non-technical project management for government subsidized accounts, including ensuring contract requirements are delivered on time.
  • •Own the customer interface after contract signature—onboarding, ongoing account management, long-term retention/growth—and champion customer feedback to steer programmatic and technical development.

Key Requirements
