Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to escalate gaps.
  • •Support operational execution for shipments, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards and strong stockroom standards and processes for a safe, efficient store.
  • •Leverage metrics, budgets, expenses, reporting, and vendor/facilities coordination to drive business strategies and resolve client needs.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
  • •Ability to move constantly around the store, including sales floor and back of house.
