Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead standard and mid-complexity product demonstrations independently, adapting demo flows to each partner’s vertical and business needs.
  • •Own and continuously improve the demo engine end-to-end, including trackers, sandbox environments, templates, and recorded demo libraries.
  • •Contribute to BD onboarding and training programmes, maintain enablement materials, and support office hours/coaching and deal-specific guidance.
  • •Serve as a product expert for live deals and RFPs by maintaining current knowledge across the Fever ecosystem and consolidating partner feedback into insights for Product priorities.
  • •Maintain competitive positioning through current battlecards, comparison guides, and objection-handling frameworks while collaborating with cross-functional teams on RFP opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum one year in presales, product demonstrations, solution consulting, or a client-facing role in technology, entertainment, or events sectors.
  • •Native-level English proficiency and ability to communicate in German and English at native/bilingual level (written and spoken).
  • •Strong ability to learn and articulate complex platform capabilities, comfort navigating SaaS products, ticketing systems, or marketplace platforms.
  • •Ability to analyse demo performance, conversion rates, and win/loss outcomes to improve demo effectiveness.
