Drive technical sales for diesel generator solutions by identifying prospects, generating leads, and developing customized techno-commercial proposals through the full RFQ/tender process. Present and demonstrate products to technical and non-technical stakeholders, lead negotiations, and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users. Monitor competitors and industry trends to refine sales strategy, improve customer adoption, and maximize post-sale satisfaction and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive sales opportunities via technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution designs to ensure implementation success and post-sale satisfaction.
•Identify high-value prospects, generate leads, and penetrate new target markets to meet annual sales quotas.
•Design customized technical solutions and prepare commercial offers, technical submittals, compliance statements, and manage end-to-end RFQ/tender processes.
•Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and end-users.
•Lead commercial and contractual negotiations, monitor competitor activity and industry trends, and identify upselling opportunities to improve customer adoption and ROI.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant discipline).
•At least 6 years of experience in technical sales, complex business development, or key account management.
•Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
•Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
•Valid UAE Driving License and familiarity with local market dynamics.
