Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for the CDS/MLS product line aligned to customer requirements and growth objectives.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams for development, production, and delivery while meeting financial and program commitments.
  • •Drive investment decision-making, including business cases for IRAD, capital, and other funded projects to sustain and expand the portfolio.
  • •Execute portfolio strategies including forecasting, proposal preparation, and company Gate Reviews; monitor performance, risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
  • •Serve as a customer-facing leader by maintaining stakeholder relationships, providing program status updates, and coordinating resolution of technical or programmatic challenges.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree (or advanced degree) with minimum 10 (or 7) years of relevant experience.
  • •Minimum 7 years’ experience in product management, program management, or a related role in aerospace, defense, or technology.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • •Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive program execution; strong skills in strategic planning, investment decision-making, and financial forecasting.
