Job Summary

Plan and schedule manufacturing workflow to meet shipping dates by monitoring assembly completion, sequence, and lead times. Analyze production specifications and plant capacity to determine process and resource needs, create production orders, and incorporate available assembly into the schedule. Coordinate with supervisors to track project status, expedite delays, and produce weekly planning reports. Lead a team of planners while adhering to site EHS standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor assembly completion and establish sequence/lead time of operations to meet shipping dates.
•Analyze production specifications and plant capacity to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements.
•Plan and schedule workflow for departments/operations using established manufacturing lead times.
•Create production orders based on the firing order sequence and incorporate available assembly into the production schedule.
•Provide weekly planning reports, coordinate with supervisors on project status, and expedite/adjust schedules as needed while supporting EHS practices.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
•2+ years of relevant experience in Production Scheduling and Control.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Strong understanding of an ERP system (SAP; PELICO is an advantage).
•Strong written/verbal communication, reasoning, and analytical/interpersonal skills.
