Key Responsibilities

•Own onboarding and ongoing campaign execution for a portfolio of accounts — managing multiple live campaigns simultaneously while keeping everything organized and nothing falling through the cracks.
•Diagnose and optimize B2B outreach performance: analyze reply rates, prospect list quality, email copy, sequencing, and deliverability — and take action without waiting to be asked.
•Write and refine 1:1 outbound copy that feels human, earns replies, and reflects each customer's brand voice and compliance requirements.
•Track campaign replies, drive follow-up, manage conversion funnels, and book meetings on behalf of customers.
•Collaborate closely with Customer Success to align on account priorities, surface risks early, and deliver outcomes that map to each customer's business goals.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years in outbound sales, B2B marketing, customer success, or a high-volume client-facing operations role.
•Proven experience managing a large number of concurrent accounts or workstreams without things slipping — you have a system and you stick to it.
•Strong instincts for B2B email copy: you can tell the difference between a message that earns a response and one that doesn't, and you know why.
•Analytical enough to diagnose campaign performance and turn metrics into clear next actions.
•High ownership mindset — you take responsibility for outcomes, follow through without being chased, and treat customer results as your results.
