Key Responsibilities

•Assist with the development of strategic insights that inform communications, marketing, and reputation-driven campaigns.
•Translate data into clear narratives and recommendations for senior client stakeholders.
•Proactively deep dives into data to inform and steer critical decision making, and organize data for the team to deliver data-led findings.
•Monitor, track, and evaluate earned and owned organic campaign performance analytics based on client KPIs, targets and baselines.
•Identify trends, cultural signals, and audience behaviors.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4-5+ years of experience in analytics, insights, or intelligence roles within PR, Communications, or Advertising, with deep understanding of its data landscapes, client demands, and strategic challenges.
•Strong background in social media analytics and social listening.
•Proficient understanding of social listening using Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Meltwater, and related Boolean language platforms.
•Proven ability to translate data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
•Experience with generative AI models and integrating AI into operational workflows.
