Provide hands-on, end-to-end IT support for NBCUniversal’s UK Resort, acting as a key point of contact across TechBar, online, phone, chat, remote, and in-person channels. Diagnose and resolve issues across Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365, manage incidents and service requests in ServiceNow, and deliver smart-hands support to infrastructure and network teams while helping drive service improvements through automation and AI.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide hands-on IT support for hardware, software, and enterprise systems across multiple business units via TechBar and digital support channels.
•Deliver a consistent, customer-focused support experience across all TechEx service channels, including walk-up TechBar interactions.
•Take end-to-end ownership of incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution aligned with service expectations.
•Act as a primary point of contact for users, providing professional support to stakeholders and executives.
•Support ServiceNow-based ticket management and contribute to improving support practices through automation and AI-driven capabilities.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3+ years’ experience providing IT support in a client-facing role within a medium-to-large enterprise environment.
•Hands-on experience supporting Windows, macOS, and iOS devices in a corporate setting.
•Proven experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem support and administration.
•Demonstrable experience using ServiceNow in an SLA-driven environment with strong ticket management and process adherence.
•Practical experience with Active Directory and Azure AD, including user and access management tasks.
