Job Summary

Lead GMG's data and intelligence strategy across retail operations, analytics, and BI. Build and guide a high-performing team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts, deploying AI/ML to optimize pricing, inventory, and personalization. Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions, governance, and scalable data platforms across cloud data warehouses, CDPs, and BI tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the enterprise-wide data and intelligence strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
•Lead a high-performing team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts to deliver actionable insights.
•Oversee data governance, quality, and security practices across the data stack.
•Champion AI/ML initiatives to automate and optimize retail operations and customer experiences.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or business intelligence, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
•Deep retail industry expertise (e.g., merchandising, supply chain, e-commerce, customer analytics).
•Proven track record of building scalable data platforms and deploying predictive analytics in retail.
•Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and real-time data processing.
•Strong leadership, governance, and stakeholder management; AI/ML model deployment in a retail setting.
