Key Responsibilities

  • •To lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery, often with respect to large or complex projects.
  • •To provide support on major Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for an aspect of service delivery.
  • •To ensure that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.
  • •Staff management (where appropriate) – Inputting into the formal management of an Assistant Project Manager or small project management team, input into resource management and attendance at junior staff appraisals.
  • •Process improvement – Identifying and acting upon ways to improve internal systems and processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified in relevant discipline
  • •Working towards a professional qualification (MCIOB / APM or similar)
  • •Proven experience managing HT&M projects, ideally in a consultancy environment
  • •Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time
  • •Will be able to obtain BPSS level security clearance.
