•Independently drive high-impact decision science analyses and initiatives across multiple banking business models, segments, and products.
•Partner on assigned target initiatives by applying quantitative analysis and machine learning techniques to optimize business outcomes.
•Build trust and foster communication across multiple organizational levels, including engagement with mid-level managers and business partners.
•Deliver data-driven insights that increase revenue and/or efficiency, focusing on continuous improvement in decision science delivery.
•Use tools and repeatable solution approaches to address business challenges with timely, accurate outputs while managing risk and acting in a client-centric manner.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Banking, Finance, Decision/Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or Engineering, with strong quantitative and communication skills.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/training plus relevant experience.
•2+ years of decision science/analytics project management experience with demonstrated results.
•Ability to work cross-functionally as a role model in a collaborative environment supporting business partners with enhanced insights.
•Hands-on competency with statistical/analytical principles and tools, including databases and programming/analytics tools used for decision science delivery.
