Key Responsibilities

  • •Leads end-to-end system design and development for new systems and products, overseeing integration, testing, and validation initiatives.
  • •Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders to discuss tradeoffs and ensure alignment with architectural principles.
  • •Develops comprehensive product requirement documentation, ensuring alignment with user needs, regulatory standards, and best practices.
  • •Designs and optimizes architecture using established product development protocols while exploring new technologies to enhance durability and effectiveness.
  • •Mentors and coaches team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering or equivalent with 5+ years in system architecture (or 3+ years with a Master's).
  • •Preferred certifications: Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) and Certified Systems Architect (CSA).
  • •Product development lifecycle management, verification/validation testing, and technical documentation experience.
  • •Regulatory requirements knowledge and ability to align architecture with user needs and industry standards.
  • •Proven ability to lead end-to-end system design, architecture discussions, and mentor team members.
