Job Summary

Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for roads and highways projects across Saudi Arabia. Lead planning, design, and delivery of large-scale transportation, infrastructure, and land development work, overseeing multidisciplinary teams across highways, structures, utilities, drainage, and urban infrastructure. Serve as a senior client and stakeholder point of contact, review key technical deliverables for compliance, drive design excellence and value engineering, and support business growth through proposals, tenders, and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for delivery of roads and highways projects across Saudi Arabia.
•Lead planning, design, and execution of large-scale transportation, infrastructure, and land development projects.
•Oversee multidisciplinary teams to integrate highways, structures, transportation planning, utilities, drainage, and urban infrastructure disciplines.
•Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, government agencies, developers, and other key stakeholders, including leading presentations and design reviews.
•Oversee project programmes, budgets, and delivery performance; monitor risks; support design excellence, governance, and compliance including HSE requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
•Minimum 18+ years of roads and highways engineering, design, and project delivery experience.
•Demonstratable client-facing experience managing key stakeholders.
•Proven experience delivering roads and highways work for leading international engineering consultancies, preferably in Saudi Arabia for the last 5 years.
•Extensive experience across roads, highways, infrastructure, and land development, including feasibility through concept/detailed design and construction support phases.
