•Drive the design, implementation, and reliability of foundational data platforms and systems with stakeholders to refine requirements.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
•Identify opportunities to improve current programming practices through process enhancements and tool upgrades.
•Present technical information to teams and stakeholders and provide guidance on development processes and technologies.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of full-time engineering experience with specialties in back-end systems for large-scale data storage, streaming, and warehousing.
•Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB and Postgres.
•Experience with streaming/processing solutions (Kinesis, Flink, Spark) and indexing/caching (ElasticSearch, Redis).
•Ability to mentor and lead teams in successful projects.
•Strong communication skills, including translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
