Job Summary

Lead a 24x7x365 Network Operations Center supporting mission-critical public sector networks. Oversee NOC daily operations, incident and outage handling against SLAs, monitoring and event correlation, and incident bridge/restoration for Priority 1 and 2 events. Manage NOC staff and shift leads, enforce SOPs and ticketing workflows, coordinate with engineering and field teams, deliver KPIs/executive dashboards, and drive continuous improvement through automation and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

•Direct daily operations of the 24x7x365 NOC and ensure incidents, service requests, and outages are handled per SLAs.
•Supervise NOC staff, shift leads, analysts, and escalation resources; oversee monitoring coverage, alert accuracy, and event correlation.
•Lead response efforts for Priority 1 and Priority 2 incidents, including incident bridges and restoration coordination.
•Manage maintenance and change management activities, ensuring proper approvals, testing, and uninterrupted service continuity.
•Conduct root cause analyses (RCAs) and implement permanent corrective actions; report KPIs and drive continuous improvement via tools/automation.
