Heat Treat Operator - Weekend Nights

Operate and tend heat-treating equipment in ATI’s Cudahy manufacturing facility, setting up furnaces to temper, harden, anneal, and heat treat metal. Prepare furnace loads using furnace load maps and thermocouples, load and remove forgings with manipulators and forklifts, and run quench/cool processes. Monitor furnace performance, follow specifications and work instructions, and document process parameters using required reports and hardness testing equipment.
