Key Responsibilities

  • •Quality Management System Support: assist in documenting and implementing ISO 9001/EN 9100-aligned procedures and participate in internal audits (workstation, process, supplier).
  • •Operational Quality: manage incoming/outgoing quality checks, analyze product returns, and coordinate corrective actions with technical teams using RCA/Ishikawa methods.
  • •Collaboration and Communication: document and track quality topics using Jira/Confluence and communicate with suppliers/internal stakeholders to promote a strong quality culture.
  • •Continuous Improvement: participate in initiatives to improve processes, reduce risks, and collect/analyze data for performance monitoring and reporting.
  • •Support risk reduction initiatives across production and R&D teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in quality, industrial, aeronautical, or mechanical engineering.
  • •2–3 years of relevant experience in quality engineering, preferably in automotive, aerospace, or high-tech sectors, with at least one permanent role.
  • •Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and ability to perform internal audits (process, supplier, product).
  • •Experience with quality tools including Root Cause Analysis and Ishikawa diagrams.
  • •Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar collaboration tools.
