Quality Engineer to deploy and continuously improve the QMS across international entities, support ISO 9001/EN 9100 aligned procedures, participate in internal audits, manage non-conformities, analyze data for performance monitoring, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements in a high-tech defense environment.

Job Function: QA, Test & Release Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Quality Management System Support: assist in documenting and implementing ISO 9001/EN 9100-aligned procedures and participate in internal audits (workstation, process, supplier).
•Operational Quality: manage incoming/outgoing quality checks, analyze product returns, and coordinate corrective actions with technical teams using RCA/Ishikawa methods.
•Collaboration and Communication: document and track quality topics using Jira/Confluence and communicate with suppliers/internal stakeholders to promote a strong quality culture.
•Continuous Improvement: participate in initiatives to improve processes, reduce risks, and collect/analyze data for performance monitoring and reporting.
•Support risk reduction initiatives across production and R&D teams.

Key Requirements

•Degree in quality, industrial, aeronautical, or mechanical engineering.
•2–3 years of relevant experience in quality engineering, preferably in automotive, aerospace, or high-tech sectors, with at least one permanent role.
•Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and ability to perform internal audits (process, supplier, product).
•Experience with quality tools including Root Cause Analysis and Ishikawa diagrams.
•Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar collaboration tools.
