Job Summary

Consult customers on ALE (Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise) collaboration and communications solutions and deliver technical implementations. Lead solution design for OmniPCX Enterprise (OXE) and OmniVista 8770, including planning, installation, configuration, and high availability/virtualization. Integrate contact-center scenarios (CCD) and hybrid/cloud setups with Rainbow™, covering SIP trunking/SBC interoperability, project leadership, and documentation across on-site and remote work.

Key Responsibilities

•Advise customers on ALE communication solutions and create solution concepts.
•Run workshops and provide technical design for OmniPCX Enterprise (OXE) and OmniVista 8770.
•Plan, install, and configure OXE including high availability and virtualization.
•Integrate contact-center scenarios (CCD) and hybrid/cloud solutions with Rainbow™.
•Lead technical projects for SIP trunking & SBC interoperability (e.g., Audiocodes) and handle documentation.

Key Requirements

•Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Beratung und Implementierung von ALE-Kommunikationslösungen (OXE, OmniVista 8770).
•Relevante ALE-Zertifizierungen (ACSE) für OmniPCX Enterprise, OmniVista 8770, Open/OmniTouch und CCD.
•Fundierte Kenntnisse in VoIP/SIP, SBC-Integration sowie Netzwerktechnik (QoS, VLAN, Firewall).
•Linux/Windows-Grundlagen.
•Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
