Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise customers on ALE communication solutions and create solution concepts.
  • •Run workshops and provide technical design for OmniPCX Enterprise (OXE) and OmniVista 8770.
  • •Plan, install, and configure OXE including high availability and virtualization.
  • •Integrate contact-center scenarios (CCD) and hybrid/cloud solutions with Rainbow™.
  • •Lead technical projects for SIP trunking & SBC interoperability (e.g., Audiocodes) and handle documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Beratung und Implementierung von ALE-Kommunikationslösungen (OXE, OmniVista 8770).
  • •Relevante ALE-Zertifizierungen (ACSE) für OmniPCX Enterprise, OmniVista 8770, Open/OmniTouch und CCD.
  • •Fundierte Kenntnisse in VoIP/SIP, SBC-Integration sowie Netzwerktechnik (QoS, VLAN, Firewall).
  • •Linux/Windows-Grundlagen.
