Job Summary

Build and run user research at high frequency for an AI-driven software platform, independently planning and executing generative and evaluative studies. You’ll conduct interviews, usability tests, surveys, and journey mapping, synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings, and deliver insight reports and personas that shape product roadmaps and design decisions. Partner cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, and business leaders, present recommendations, mentor junior researchers, and improve research operations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and evangelize user research systems at high frequency.
•Independently plan and execute generative and evaluative research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, contextual inquiries, diary studies, concept testing, journey mapping).
•Partner with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure research insights inform roadmaps, prioritization, and design decisions.
•Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user needs, behaviors, pain points, and opportunities.
•Create and present research outputs (insight reports, personas, journey maps, opportunity frameworks, product recommendations) and mentor junior researchers while improving research operations.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of hands-on experience independently planning and executing UX research.
•Strong experience with both generative and evaluative UX research methods.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Anthropology, Design, Sociology, or a related field.
•Proficiency with research and analysis tools such as UserTesting, Qualtrics, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, Maze, Lookback, Miro, Figma, or Axure (or similar).
•Strong ability to synthesize complex findings into practical product and design recommendations.
