Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and evangelize user research systems at high frequency.
  • •Independently plan and execute generative and evaluative research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, contextual inquiries, diary studies, concept testing, journey mapping).
  • •Partner with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure research insights inform roadmaps, prioritization, and design decisions.
  • •Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user needs, behaviors, pain points, and opportunities.
  • •Create and present research outputs (insight reports, personas, journey maps, opportunity frameworks, product recommendations) and mentor junior researchers while improving research operations.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of hands-on experience independently planning and executing UX research.
  • •Strong experience with both generative and evaluative UX research methods.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Anthropology, Design, Sociology, or a related field.
  • •Proficiency with research and analysis tools such as UserTesting, Qualtrics, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, Maze, Lookback, Miro, Figma, or Axure (or similar).
  • •Strong ability to synthesize complex findings into practical product and design recommendations.
