Job Summary

Manage and support middleware and web/app hosting environments in a 24x7 production setting. Install, configure, deploy, patch, and upgrade WebSphere, Tomcat, WebLogic, Java Web Server, JBoss, and IIS. Monitor health, performance, and availability; handle SSL, load balancing, and high-availability; and troubleshoot incidents with RCA using L2/L3 support. Automate maintenance with Shell, Python, and Ansible, and use ServiceNow/Jira/GitLab for change and incident workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Install, configure, and administer middleware servers and web servers.
•Deploy applications and perform server maintenance, patching, and upgrades.
•Monitor server health, performance, and availability, including 24x7 production support.
•Manage SSL certificates, load balancing, and high-availability configurations.
•Troubleshoot incidents with RCA and provide L2/L3 support, including middleware integrations and automation using Shell/Python/Ansible.

Key Requirements

•Experience administering middleware and web/app hosting servers including WebSphere, Apache Tomcat, WebLogic, Java Web Server, JBoss, and IIS.
•Hands-on knowledge of integration middleware such as Tibco, MQ Series, RabbitMQ, and MSMQ/Queue Manager.
•Ability to manage SSL certificates, load balancing, and high-availability configurations.
•Strong troubleshooting skills, including incident resolution and root cause analysis (RCA) with L2/L3 support.
•Scripting and automation experience with Shell and Python; familiarity with Ansible and Linux/Windows.
