  • •High school diploma and 7+ years’ experience in thermoplastics and thermosets in the automotive OEM market, or a college degree in general sciences.
  • •Assist DOE and DFMEA to facilitate transfer of new products into production.
  • •Ability to understand equipment manuals and use equipment to its capabilities.
  • •Independent customer specification testing and support for product maintenance lab work.
  • •Good oral communication and writing skills, plus good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint or equivalent.
