Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist senior/associate Project Managers to drive projects forward and ensure delivery of built assets.
  • •Support project delivery across all stages, from initial concept through construction and operation.
  • •Coordinate with clients, design teams, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to keep actions on track.
  • •Help plan key tasks, report on progress and cost, and manage project data.
  • •Perform day-to-day duties including regular liaison, procurement, site visits, and meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (min 2:1 or equivalent) in Project Management, Construction Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Civil Engineering is essential.
  • •A Master’s degree in project management or construction management and relevant work experience would be an advantage.
  • •RICS accreditation is preferred.
  • •Effective decision-making and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Strong organisation skills and ability to manage multiple tasks while working in a team and meeting client/manager deadlines.
