Senior Planning Manager will own site-wide production planning, coordinating workforce, capacity, and production plans across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and HR. You will develop data-driven planning strategies, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement to balance cost, quality, service, and growth within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the strategic planning for the production site, including workforce, capacity, and production planning, ensuring the achievement of cost, quality, and service level targets.
•Develop and manage short-, mid-, and long-term planning, aligning capacity and workforce requirements with demand forecasts while proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans.
•Partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to ensure realistic, aligned, and executable production plans.
•Analyze operational data and key performance indicators, identify optimization opportunities, and implement initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and planning accuracy.
•Continuously enhance planning, reporting, and governance processes while ensuring high data quality and adherence to established standards.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of professional experience in production planning, capacity planning, workforce planning, or a related role, ideally within a manufacturing, FMCG, or supply chain environment.
•Strong expertise in production planning, forecasting, capacity planning, and performance management.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
•Hands-on experience with ERP, Business Intelligence, and/or Workforce Management systems.
•A structured, proactive, and collaborative working style with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
