Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to shaping strategic direction and define strategic priorities across D&T and business partners, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and value-creation goals.
  • •Design and facilitate workshops to align stakeholders and sharpen strategic direction.
  • •Structure, shape, and support strategic initiatives across Digital & Technology, including analytical assessments and business case development.
  • •Coordinate D&T-wide transformation initiatives by clarifying objectives, identifying risks/dependencies, and ensuring momentum.
  • •Provide executive support and decision material for D&T leadership and the CDTO, translating complex topics into clear narratives for senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in strategy development, strategic execution, transformation, or business planning.
  • •Management consulting experience (top-tier or similar) strongly preferred, with proven ability to structure complex problems.
  • •Strong strategic framing and analytical problem-solving skills to tackle ambiguous, cross-functional challenges.
  • •Excellent communication and storytelling, including strong slide-writing, narrative development, and executive presentation.
  • •A master’s degree in business, strategy, economics, engineering, or a related field.
