Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a client-facing point of contact for flow transactional banking for a corporate client portfolio.
  • •Coordinate with relationship and product teams globally to deliver tailored client solutions and improve service quality.
  • •Oversee onboarding, KYC renewals, remediation projects, and existing client maintenance activities.
  • •Support senior staff in driving revenue generation and achieving targets, while ensuring risk controls and compliance.
  • •Collaborate with other lines of business to provide a cohesive client experience and manage client exits as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree or above in business-related field
  • •Strong communication skills, drive, commitment and customer focus
  • •Proficiency in financial analysis and credit risk awareness
  • •Resilience with business acumen and familiarity with Trade products
  • •Fluent in English at business level; GPAD covered worker
