  • •Grow the Ports & Marine offering in the Southeast US by identifying, positioning, planning, and prioritizing business development activities.
  • •Influence and help drive business plan execution based on market growth potential and geographic competition.
  • •Identify key clients and pursuits and develop client management and pursuit plans while maintaining a strong opportunity pipeline.
  • •Secure key teaming partners in each client’s geography to improve outcomes.
  • •Lead major Ports & Marine pursuit proposals and support winning and delivery of major projects across the Global Goods Movement sector.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS with 12 years of related experience (or equivalent), including 4 years of leadership experience.
  • •12+ years in ports infrastructure market with senior-level planning, design, engineering, and construction experience (e.g., container terminals, liquid bulk, dry bulk, and/or waterfront infrastructure).
  • •Experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards, including contractual arrangements.
  • •Demonstrated strong client and stakeholder network in the industry to identify, win, and deliver consulting/advisory projects.
  • •Experience in ports and maritime markets with strong ability to translate social, political, and economic drivers into business outcomes.
