Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage water and wastewater projects across planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • •Own project responsibility including financial performance, schedule, staffing, execution, and contract closeout.
  • •Provide guidance to subcontractors and ensure company project policies are followed.
  • •Communicate effectively across project teams and multiple organizations in a collaborative delivery environment.
  • •Support business development by pursuing new clients/projects and managing project deliveries as required.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering plus 6 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment, pumping stations, and collection/distribution systems, with client/consultant relations experience.
  • •Proactive ability to lead technical efforts and project team staff.
  • •Strong communication skills and experience working directly with clients.
  • •Registered Professional Engineer (PE), experience on large-scale projects, and/or a Master’s degree are preferred.
